Always. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation estimate. Tell us what you have in mind through the free quote page, we visit the space, and you get a clear price before any work begins.
Shower and bathroom remodeling, flooring installation, tile and backsplash work, epoxy floors for garages and basements, interior painting, and general home improvement and repairs. If your project falls outside what we do, we will point you to a trusted partner.
It is simple. You request a quote, we visit to see the space and understand what you want, and we give you a written estimate. Once you approve it, we schedule the work, complete the build with care, and walk through the finished result with you.
Yes. Massachusetts law requires a written contract for home improvement work over $1,000, and we provide one for your protection. It spells out the scope, materials, total price, payment schedule, and start and completion dates, along with our registration number and your right to cancel within three business days of signing.
Payments follow the schedule in your written contract, usually a deposit to get started and progress payments as the work moves along. Under Massachusetts law, the deposit will not exceed the greater of one third of the total price or the cost of any special-order materials. There are no surprises.
When a project needs a building permit, we handle it or advise you on what is required. We recommend letting us pull the permit when one is needed, which keeps you covered under the Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor Guaranty Fund.
It depends on the size and scope of the work. A backsplash is a short job, while a full bathroom remodel takes longer. We give you a realistic timeline in your estimate and contract, and we keep you updated as we go.
We stand behind our craftsmanship and use quality materials backed by their manufacturer warranties. If something is not right with our work, we make it right. Doing the job well the first time is how we have earned referrals across Massachusetts.
Head to our free quote page and tell us about your project, or message us on WhatsApp for a quick reply. We will set up a visit and get you a clear estimate.
