These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Avila Tile & Flooring (“Avila,” “we,” “us”) website. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Avila Tile & Flooring is a home improvement contractor based in Lynn, Massachusetts, serving homeowners across the Commonwealth. We provide shower and bathroom remodeling, flooring, tile and backsplash installation, epoxy floors, interior painting, and general home improvement and repairs.
Requesting a quote through this website, and any estimate we provide in response, is an invitation to discuss your project. It is not a binding contract and does not commit either of us to the work. Prices shown or estimated may change once we inspect the space and confirm the scope, materials, and conditions.
When you decide to move forward, the work is governed by a separate written contract that meets Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor law (M.G.L. c. 142A). For any project over $1,000, that written contract will include:
Under Massachusetts law, any deposit we request will not exceed the greater of one third of the total contract price or the cost of any special-order materials. Nothing on this website limits the rights you have under that written contract or under Massachusetts consumer protection law.
Avila Tile & Flooring is a registered Home Improvement Contractor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our registration number appears on every written contract and is available on request.
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes and not to interfere with how it works, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to harm others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through our forms.
The text, design, logos, and project photographs on this site are owned by Avila Tile & Flooring or used with permission, and they show our own completed work. Please do not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.
